User Agreement

1. Scope of Agreement

This User Agreement establishes the terms between you and Smart Plan AI regarding the use of our AI-powered productivity tools across all supported platforms (web, iOS, Android).

2. Data Processing Rights

Smart Plan AI provides a platform that allows users to track habits, create schedules, and receive AI-generated insights securely.

By inputting tasks and habits into Smart Plan AI, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and securely process your data solely for the purpose of providing the AI planning services you request.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Smart Plan AI, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensure that the tasks and habits you input do not contain sensitive personal information that you do not have the right to process.
• Use the AI-generated insights responsibly and acknowledge that they are suggestions to aid your productivity.

4. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of Smart Plan AI at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes that impact your task data or access to the service.

5. Account Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account. Smart Plan AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement or our Terms and Conditions.
