1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Smart Plan AI applications and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This includes the use of our task management tools, habit trackers, and AI planning platform.

2. User Representations

When you create tasks and track habits, you represent and warrant that:

  • You provide accurate information to allow the AI to generate relevant plans.
  • Your use of the service does not violate any local laws or third-party rights.
  • You will not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

3. Use of AI Planning

Our Smart Plan AI module allows you to organize your schedule and receive AI-generated insights. You agree that:

  • AI-generated plans and insights are suggestions, and you are responsible for your own schedule.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and modifying your tasks as needed.
  • Smart Plan AI is not liable for missed deadlines, uncompleted tasks, or personal outcomes based on the use of the app.

4. Intellectual Property

Smart Plan AI owns all rights to the underlying software and AI algorithms used to facilitate task planning and habit tracking. You are granted a limited, personal license to use these tools for managing your personal or professional schedule.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is." While we strive for high-availability and accurate AI suggestions, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free at all times.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Smart Plan AI to:

  • Decompile or reverse engineer our AI systems or software.
  • Use automated systems or bots to spam the AI or overload our servers.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local legal practices.
