End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Smart Plan AI hereby grants you a PERSONAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, REVOCABLE license to install and use the Smart Plan AI application (the "Software") on your compatible devices, strictly in accordance with these terms.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Software or AI algorithms.
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Smart Plan AI or its affiliates.

3. Data Usage & Privacy

By using the Software, you acknowledge that:

• The Software collects usage and task data to function correctly and generate AI insights.
• You agree to grant Smart Plan AI a limited license to process and securely store your habit and task data ONLY as necessary to provide the planning services for you.

4. Updates and Upgrades

Smart Plan AI may provide mandatory updates to the app to improve AI accuracy, introduce new productivity features, or fix bugs. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Smart Plan AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to missed goals, uncompleted tasks, or errors in AI suggestions.

6. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Smart Plan AI. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete any copies in your possession.
